What you will do

• Lead, promote, mentor and grow a top marketing team, while setting and developing the product-led growth strategy and direction for Taxdoo.
• Build an amazing and long-term brand identity and awareness for Taxdoo through all relevant channels, including partners.
• Implement our new focus on storytelling throughout the team and leverage this to build a strong community.
• Create a marketing community strategy that will help us build an engaged community of customers as well as of tax advisors.
• Craft differentiated content and positioning that is engaging, concise and compelling.
• Based on your observations and analyses of industry-relevant developments, you optimize our target group approach.
• Arm our sales team with the tools and materials needed to secure customers, e.g lead generation programs and increase the conversion rate via website and social media. 
• Work with all relevant stakeholders, e.g. product team to ensure alignment between positioning and product. 

What you are good at

• You have a bachelor’s degree with a focus on marketing, media management, (business) informatics or a corresponding professional training.
• Strong leadership skills (at least 5 years of disciplinary leadership experience) that positively motivates employees to achieve the highest level of performance.
• Proven experience in successfully launching new verticals/initiatives and brand messages in a Saas company.
• Experience of creating and growing a community for a B2B company.
• Creativity and an innovative mindset to drive brand growth and differentiation.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage budgets effectively.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and exceptional communication skills.
• You are fluent in English and in German.
