- Verantwortung der Telefonzentrale im Kundenservice, Vertrieb und anderen internen Abteilungen
- Weiterleitung eingehender Anrufe an die zuständigen Teams
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Telefonanfragen nach umfassender Schulung und Einarbeitung
- Unterstützung bei Rechercheprojekten und Telefonkampagnen für Marketing, Kundenservice und Vertrieb
- Mitarbeit bei administrativen Aufgaben in den Bereichen Marketing, Kundenservice und Vertrieb
- Koordination von
- Terminen für Kundenbefragungen, Verkaufsgespräche und Onboarding-Anrufe
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Recherchen
- Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung eingehender E-Mails

- Lernstark und schnell in der Einarbeitung neuer Aufgaben
