The most rewarding part of my role is building personal connections with employees and supporting their career growth. It’s fulfilling to help them feel engaged and motivated in their work. I also enjoy interviewing new candidates and being their first point of contact, as this helps create strong relationships from the start and strengthens their connection to the company.
