- Zeitnahe, vollständige und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von produktbezogenen Anfragen von Taxdoo-Kunden und Steuerberatungskanzleien.
- Unterstützung der Steuerberatungskanzleien und Kunden in allen buchhalterischen Belangen im Hinblick auf die Nutzbarkeit unseres Produktes und unserer Dienstleistungen.
- Kommunikation über unser modernes Ticketing-System sowie per Telefon.
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams zur Sicherstellung der besten Lösungen für Taxdoo-Kunden.
- Unterstützung der Steuerberatungskanzleien und Kunden bei der Einrichtung der DATEV-Konfiguration für den DATEV-Export (onboarding)
- Interne Schulungen und Webinare anderer Mitarbeiter in Bezug auf buchhalterische Kenntnisse.
Was Sie gut können
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten/Steuerfachwirt ist ein Muss.
- Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit DATEV oder anderen Buchhaltungsprogrammen.
- Erste Berührungspunkte/Erfahrungen in der Buchhaltung mit e-commerce Kunden.
- Freude am freundlichen und geduldigen Umgang mit Kunden.
- Talent und Erfahrung im Aufbau von dauerhaften Kundenbeziehungen.
