What you will do
- You are responsible for your team's success - developing, hiring, organizing
- Create a state-of-the art reporting landscape, incl. a well-structured reporting layer, with the goal to move towards self-service analytics
- Work closely together with all other departments at Taxdoo to provide insights and support them in their decision making process
- Break down silos and foster a data-driven culture by communicating the purpose of the team and leading by example
- Be a business partner for other departments in helping them defining their goals and the corresponding KPIs
- Build up the necessary processes in your team to work effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate on building a modern data technology stack together with our data engineers
What are you good at
-
You have 5+ years of experience in Data and Analytics, preferably with first experience in people management

You have a very strong understanding of typical SaaS metrics for all departments, incl. finance, product, marketing, sales, customer support and customer success

You have great communication skills that you utilize to influence others and increase your impact

You have in-depth experience with at least one visualization tool as well as with SQL
-
You have a strong knowledge around DWH architecture with a focus on the reporting layer

You bring previous experience in defining KPIs with a business focus as well as from a technical perspective

You understand the different parts of a data infrastructure and their implications towards business requirements

Ideally, you have a solid understanding of different analytics techniques, e.g. A/B-testing, regression analysis, hypothesis testing
