Was Du tun wirst
- Du unterstützt unser Vertriebsteam bei Verhandlungen mit potentiellen Schlüsselkunden
- Du übernimmst Onboardings und Schulungen, begleitest Deine Kunden durch den gesamten Einführungsprozess und unterstützt sie proaktiv bei der Erreichung der gemeinsam gesetzten Ziele.
- Du agierst als Sparringspartner für unsere Kunden im Hinblick auf den Einsatz unserer Software und entwickelst eigenständig Lösungen, um unsere Kunden nachhaltig zu schulen.
- Du vertrittst die Interessen Deiner Kunden gegenüber internen Teams und kommunizierst diese an das Produktteam, um unser Produkt kontinuierlich zu verbessern und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Software sicherzustellen.
- Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebs- und Produktteam implementierst Du neue Prozesse und Tools.
Was Du gut kannst

Du bringst eine positive Macher-Einstellung und Begeisterung mit, wenn Du Neues lernst. Gleichzeitig arbeitest Du gerne effizient und strukturiert mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative.

Du solltest bereits Erfahrungen in einem SaaS- oder FinTech Unternehmen gesammelt haben.

Die Stelle erfordert Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenbetreuung/Service.
