What you will do
- Handling of product-related requests from Taxdoo customers timely, completely and in a solution-oriented manner.
- Communication through our modern ticketing system as well as via phone.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other teams to ensure the best solutions for Taxdoo customers.
- Support of customers in all technical issues with regard to the usability of our product and services.
- Maintenance of the database for Taxdoo services, make sure that evaluation of transaction data is always correct and provided in time.
- Support of customers to set-up the configuration of interfaces.
- Support of our customers with the provision of evaluation-relevant data
What you are good at
-
Completed commercial education (apprenticeship or university degree).

Previous tax knowledge is not a prerequisite, just a healthy degree of curiosity as part of our structured onboarding.

Enjoy helping customers in a friendly and patient manner.

Talent and experience in building lasting client relationships.

Excellent spelling and grammar skills in German (C2 or native-speaker is a must) and English.

Seamless transition between German and English (other languages an advantage).
- Proficient computer skills and ideally Excel, Google Workspace and SQL skills

Practical experience in technical support and ideally knowledge about shop- and/or ERP-systems in e-commerce
