Was du tun wirst
- Du unterstützt unser IT-Team im First Level und Vor-Ort Support, einschließlich Troubleshooting, Hardwaretausch und Bereitstellung von IT-Zubehör
- Du löst tägliche Aufgaben und eingehende Tickets über unser Ticketsystem
- Du unterstützt in der Zuweisung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und LizenzenDu wirkst bei Testaktivitäten mit und unterstützt das Team in der Dokumentation von Workflows und Standard Operating Procedures
- Repräsentation des IT-Teams: Du vertrittst unser IT-Admin-Team innerhalb der Firma mit einer offenen und positiven Einstellung gegenüber allen Kollegen, die Unterstützung benötigen
- Die Position erfordert, dass du regelmäßig vor Ort in unserem Büro in Hamburg arbeitest.
Was du gut kannst
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch auf Expertenniveau oder Muttersprachenniveau.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit und der Verwaltung von Apple-Geräten.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits mit MacOS- oder iOS-Troubleshooting und OS-Neuinstallationen gearbeitet.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit einem Ticketsystem (idealerweise JIRA)
- Du hast bereits mit Google Suite (Drive, Gmail usw.) gearbeitet und bist bereit, weitere Tools wie Okta und Skills wie MDM zu lernen.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und zuverlässig und bist sehr gut organisiert
