What you will do
- Analyze and re-design our IT Landscape by automating and documenting the processes that support all departments.
- Keep us safe - Implement Data Protection and Cybersecurity best practices that are easy to navigate for all teams to ensure a safe work environment.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments, especially legal and product development teams in order to identify and implement improvements.
- Be responsible for drafting the strategy for Taxdoo that will pave the way for the ISO certification.
- Plan team tasks, processes, and policies and lead through the implementation providing your direct reports knowledge to further develop as specialists.
- Access senior-level company executives to gather and provide necessary information for issue resolution by identifying root causes of issues and determining if new solutions or fixes are required.
What you are good at
- You have exceptional communication skills and you speak fluently in German and English.
- You have extensive experience in designing and managing complex IT infrastructure and systems, as well as advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- You have previous experience working with Jamf, MAC iOS server system landscape, Google Services product portfolio, Okta and ISO documentation.
- You have a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- You have strong analytical and decision-making abilities that enable you to develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- You lead by example and you are the one which enables your team by showing “How to”.
- You are not only able to navigate the IT landscape, but you are a strong stakeholder in the legal, operations, and finance teams.
- Your communication skills are immaculate and you can translate complex technical requirements into an understandable message.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving long-lasting results.
- You have a continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
