What you will do
- Transform business and user requirements into user flows, customer journeys and into the strategy for how you will use content to meet business goals and solve real user issues
- Bridge the gap between user experience (UX) and interface (UI) design and strategic plans to achieve business goals
- Set content and design requirements by working closely with different teams, from product management to engineering to customer support, and turn user problems into product opportunities.
- Shape the tonality of product and company communication, take over the governance of glossaries, etc.
- Support research activities: align on prototypes, key questions to test the user flow of a (pre-) designed solution to gather feedback from users as well as from internal and external stakeholders with our product research
- Study user research and data to invent a long-term vision for a product or service
- Team up and support developing and enhancing our design system and products to ensure a consistent Taxdoo experience for users across various channels and platforms
- Share knowledge and embrace a user-centric way of working within our product community and beyond!
What you are good at
-
You have exceptional, communication skills - proficiency in German as well as English (written and spoken)

You have a degree (B.S., B.A., Diploma, M.A.) in Communication Design, Interaction Design, Content Design, UX Design, and/or equivalent experience demonstrable in a portfolio

You have at least 5 years of proven experience working with UX & UI Design and prototyping tools (Example: Figma, Miro)

Previous experience in handling release management and related communication

With your strength of methods, you’re able to work independently and creatively at a high level

You can build your own components/content inside or - when needed - outside of a systematic design approach and you feel comfortable taking over documentation- and/or pattern-definition tasks if needed

You are a reliable, collaborative and friendly team player

Beneficial: Experience in complex fields such as banking, accounting, or taxation and built B2B software applications, preferably in a venture-backed SaaS environment
